Jacksdale and Underwood Surgeries Online

Jacksdale Medical Centre is situated in the heart of Jacksdale village.  Jacksdale is the oldest village within the Selston Parish at the border of Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire. It has most of the essential services such as the Medical Centre, Dental Surgery, Post Office, Community Centre and shops, providing a variety of daily needs. The pharmacy is situated next door to the surgery.

Underwood surgery has been part of village life for many years and we will continue to provide a dispensing service to eligible patients and a full range of medical services to all.

The Surgeries' Facilities

The facilities are modern and private. There is Disabled access and toilet facilities that are suitable for disabled people,  We also have appropriate Baby changing facilities and a pram and Pushchair park at the main entrance which is undercover

There is a pleasant waiting room, which includes Health Promotion displays and information leaflets and ample free car parking spaces adjacent to the surgery
