We are happy to receive your views on our service. All comments will be totally confidential; there is no need to give your name and address.

The practice has an informal complaints procedure and we always welcome the opportunity to deal with any part of the service which is causing you concern. Please contact our Practice Manager, Mrs Melody Lindley by submitting your complaint in writing so that it can be investigated and dealt with quickly. It is our policy to give you a full explanation and advise you of the outcome.
