We created a new practice newsletter called The Green Leaf, which included in it’s first issue a ‘meet the team’ section; and remains available on the website and at the practice
We organised a ‘Meet the Team’ Tea & Coffee afternoon to allow patients to meet our staff, old and new, creating opportunity for an improved practice-patient relationship.

It was hard to find things on our website and sometimes the forms did not work how they should

We include important and reliable information on health conditions, and a ‘practice news’ area.
