  • We created a new practice newsletter called The Green Leaf, which included in it’s first issue a ‘meet the team’ section; and remains available on the website and at the practice
  • We organised a ‘Meet the Team’ Tea & Coffee afternoon to allow patients to meet our staff, old and new, creating opportunity for an improved practice-patient relationship.

  • It was hard to find things on our website and sometimes the forms did not work how they should
  • It was difficult to know what health information online was trustworthy and which services were available locally

  • We created a new, up to date and accessible website containing key information about services at our practice, online and in the local area.
  • We include important and reliable information on health conditions, and a ‘practice news’ area.
